I was already anxious because I knew I acted within the scope of my job but my agency did not agree and was the process of letting me go. I needed LoRusso Law Firm to help me prove what I already knew. Ken Davis is the truth. He knew exactly what to do and was very knowledgeable about the law. He was completely honest from the start. He advised of the worst and best possible outcomes; that really made me stick with the firm because I move in that manner in my personal life. Ken Davis advised if I followed what was asked of me, he would do his best to make my situation right; where I felt I was treatedly so wrongfully. Ken had assistance, Jennifer Sands. With them two having my back, I walked into the court room confident, vindicated, and prepared! Ken set up a mock trial the day prior for me to get all the gitters released as well as an appetizer of what was to come the very next day. The questions asked in the mock trial were similar if not the same that was asked to me the following day. My testimony was amazing. Jennifer knew exactly my heart barely knowing me but she was able to apply case law and state law into my situation. Not only are they lawyers but they have a personal persepctive of what law enforecement officers (police/deputy/sheriff office) face daily and are up against when they are not protected by their agencies. Again, I knew I acted under the scope of my position but I needed assistance with incorporating the law and Ken and Jenn did exactly that, and did it well. Exceeded my expectation.
