I had an Advance parole (AP) case with this law firm and they did not handle my case seriously. They guaranteed a 99.9% approval rate with the documents I provided. However, I received a Request for Evidence (RFE) because the letter they submitted was outdated. After providing a new letter with a certified translation, they removed the certification before resubmitting it, leading to a denial.
In another instance, I sent them the required documents again, but they only submitted the first page of the doctor's letter, resulting in another RFE. This law firm’s repeated errors demonstrated their lack of knowledge and care for my case. I eventually had to hire another firm to complete my case, and despite their mistakes, they refused to refund me.
This firm prioritizes money over their clients' cases and does not take responsibility for their errors. I do not recommend this law firm to anyone. It is better to invest your money in an honest and responsible firm. I will be filing a complaint with the bar association due to their mishandling of my case.
