I am disappointed with the service I received from Jessica, whom I hired to help with my divorce. Communication was poor throughout the process. Here's a summary:
October 23rd: Initial meeting, told draft would be available.
October 29th: Followed up via text, no response.

October 23rd: Initial meeting, told draft would be available.
October 29th: Followed up via text, no response.
November 5th: Followed up again, told update would be provided by November 6th.
November 7th: Another follow-up, no response.
November 14th: Dropped off my ex’s disclosure; Jessica would prepare the marital agreement.
November 20th: Sent pay stubs and asked about e-documents, no reply.
December 2nd: Followed up again, no response.
December 3rd: Requested a refund, received response on December 4th, stating package was completed.
Instead of sending the e-documents for review, they were mailed directly to my ex. I was never shown the draft before it was sent. This happened after my refund request. My time and money were wasted. If you want a fast and responsive service, this is not the place to go.
