I was so appreciative of the fact that not only did they set me up with a free 30 minute phone consultation the very next day, but Joe Simpson was so knowledgeable and he listened to my concerns, the facts of my case, and what help I was seeking, and then offered his expert advice. He was genuinely intetested in my case and offered me options in how to proceed with my case. In contacting 4 previous law firms prior to finding Brumfield Law Group, I was so disheartened because I found in each case that I couldn't get past the receptionist interviews to even speak to an attorney. In each and every previous contact with several other law firms, I was put through an initial interview with a recepionist in which every question was soley based on the monetary assets of my case....what were the assets involved in my case, how much the estate was worth, bank account balances, property values, investments, etc. Not one single question about the facts of my case and what help I was seeking. That was not even an interest to them. In each previous dealing with other law firms, money was the driving force. In every previous case I was asked monetary questions only and then be turned away and told, "Sorry, we don't do these kinds of cases."
