First, I used the law office to assist me in developing employee handbooks, employee related documents, through consulting on HR and state regulations, and in helping us run our business in the most efficient way. The time spent to understand my business and know what our need are didn't feel rushed and we had the opportunity to make revisions to our documents as needed and as the laws have changed. I've also referred Mr. Erickson to family and friends for personal injury cases (mostly car accidents) and they've all been pleased with the level of service that they've received. When my teenager turned 18 we had learned that he should have documents in place to allow us to still provide guidance, access to school records, and a few other areas that will allow us to continue to help our newly adult child.
