When you feel like your life couldn't get worse because of your accident but you really are just hoping it would? Then this is your law office. When you, the police, AND the witnesses ALL say the accident was the other drivers fault but you don't want your lawyer to prove it and in turn cause YOU to take blame in it? Then this is your law office.
I know I sound like a Sam Bernstein commercial, but this is 100% what happened to me. I was ignored for over 2 months prior to my serious accident. The accident was not my fault, but my "lawyer" was not able to get the other driver to assume responsibility, even with my testimony, multiple police officers testimonies, a police report AND witnesses saying it was very clearly the other drivers fault. The rental company did send what I owed to a collections agency because I had not paid it, but I had been told that the lawyer here at this law office would take care of these things so I could focus on recovering. I also ended up having to pay my insurance company's deductible ($500) in order to get my car looked at because the incompetent lawyers working here couldn't get the at fault driver's insurance company to estimate my car. All in all, hiring these lawyers has caused me pain and suffering, and a couple thousand dollars.
