Cavaun was admitted on July 8 testing positive for Covid discharged July 9 of 2022 without being retested for Covid. He returned on July 12 complaining of acute chest crisis. He was told to have a seat he refused. Let them know I was here that’s bad for Covid. I came back. I’m not feeling good having crisis. He wasn’t admitted again on July 12. Both isn’t missing admission to E did not have a hematologist consult. Give me though if they had a hematologist on site doctor Smuckler. I reached out to Ulysses to represent my son because they never said he had Covid but on his death certificate they put Covid. He had a review by three hematologist who all sided malpractice I must call Ulysses 10 1112 times leave messages never once. Did he call back to say I can’t take your case Because of the Covid law that was passed in Florida not once he’s unprofessional, horrible unfeeling attorney, nephew, human being, and I wanna make sure that this is seen because I am devastated a mother who lost a child and I reached out to someone who could’ve helped us or at least given me some legal direction and I never even got so much as a response, I will continue to post every year on this Site so that everyone knows just what type of attorney Mr. Felder is supposed to be.!!!
