He was integral at getting certain aspects of our divorce proceedings dismissed in our favor in the early stages , but as the case grew and the tactics of the opposing party grew, he became overwhelmed and some key missteps in representation were allowed to happen for his lack of oversite that my new lawyer has had to work overtime to address and correct to a successful conclusion
When these issues were brought to his attention, instead of accepting responsibility for the representation shortcomings in this contentious case , he removed himself from the case putting me in an increasingly vulnerable position that on certain aspects I will have to spend years recovering from.
I have heard from independent sources in my search for new service providers that Randall is considering retiring. Though I cannot attest to his actual intentions , only he can answer to that question. Therefore I can only attest as factualyl what I was told. That being said, my opinion is that maybe his heart wasnt into representing my case when I comparedcwgat I was told, with the occurrences I personally experienced with mr. Sundeen and our interactions.
So, for the reasons above, I can only in good concience reccomend him if you have a pretty straightforward case with minimal adversity or complexity, in that case he will represent you well.
