She came highly recommend from our real estate team who had used her 100s of times with no problems. Melanie was conscientious and helpful and honest in all of her dealings with me, to the point of reducing her bill when it was realized that some bank accounts were in trust. Melanie has an assistant, Monica, that does the probate, and she was also very helpful. I live in Maine, so they made it very easy for me to finish things up remotely, and I always felt that I was being treated fairly, but more importantly, appropriately according to the law, which is her job.
