Mr. Diamond did not do a very good job at all representing me, my interests, or even clearly explain the consequences of buying a house if I decided to sign a contract. I ended up having to close on a house, that ended up being a HUGE problem. Mr. Diamond knew from the beginning that I has concerns about even buying this house due to major repairs it needed(a lot of them I didn't run into until after purchase). I have ran into problem after problem with this house from improper repairs, code violations, undisclosed problems, ect,ect. He was extremely passive in fighting in the representation of me and my future investment, and has been completely dismissive and refuses to even communicate in a timely matter regarding concerns, if he communicates at all. He even requested more in attorney fees after agreeing to a flat fee, which I agreed to thinkung he would produce results. I would recommend to steer clear of ever using Mr.Diamond to represent anyone for anything.
