When I objected, they filed repeated untruthful complaints about me to law enforcement, like claiming that I had run them off the road with my vehicle, when I was actually in another state. The other criminal complaints against me were also concocted by the neighbor, and Carl was (again) successful in quashing the restraining order efforts by the neighbor, and Prosecutors office. After much Good Communication by Carl to the Court, and the Prosecutors Office, all (criminal) charges were eventually dropped. Carl Gaul always had my back, and I am forever grateful. A separate Civil Court also "ruled" that the neighbor had no right to trespass on my property.
