He (my son) passed the test, but because lie detector tests are not permissible in the state of Wisconsin and the prosecution was not interested in the truth. George then prepared to back up the evidence and go to trial. I would highly recommend George Pappas for any need of lawyer. My son was looking at 40 some years because of this false accusation and ended up having to sit 6 months prior to trial.
Due to the severity of the accusations George made sure the court did not delay in closing out this charge.
All evidence was clearly presented, that prior to trial, a deal was made and the prosecution withdrew all charges.
