We own a rental property that we wanted to sell and our long-time tenant in that property wanted to buy it. We did not need a traditional Real Estate Agent to help us sell our rental home instead we needed either a Real Estate Attorney or a Contract Attorney to help us facilitate this purchase transaction. We searched online and found Anthony Dispoto’s legal services and felt good about his reviews. We contacted him, informed him of our situation and need and Anthony said he could assist us with this type of transaction. We then arranged for a no cost consultation meeting with him. After the consultation Anthony gave us a quote and the details of his services. We felt good about the services he offered, his quote and about working together with Anthony so we decided to proceed. We then had a Zoom meeting to discuss the Real Estate Purchase Agreement Contract's terms and details and paid the upfront retainer fee for Anthony to then create the Real Estate Purchase Agreement Contract and its Disclosures. Anthony delivered the initial contract draft as promised within the week, we discussed it and added a few amendments. He then provided both us as the sellers and the buyer with an easy to use E-Docusign copy of the Purchase Agreement Contract for each of us to sign. We used a third party escrow company to facilitate the purchase process and Anthony emailed our signed Purchase Agreement Contract to the escrow company on our behalf to officially open escrow. Anthony also continued to follow the escrow process through to its successful completion. He checked in with the escrow agent on the escrow progress making sure that key deadlines noted within the Purchase Agreement's terms were on track to be met and he included us in all email communications. We highly recommend Anthony Dispoto because he was very knowledgeable about the legal needs and matters regarding this type of transaction, he responded immediately to all emails and phone calls, he used E-Docusign services making it easy and convenient to sign documents, he provided the services that he said he would provide and he was very professional and pleasant to work with. Anthony delivered on all fronts of our transaction and because of his services we had a successful and pleasant transaction. We are very pleased and grateful to have had the privilege to work with Anthony Dispoto on the sale of our rental property to our tenant and we highly recommend Anthony Dispoto’s legal services.
