Mr. Smith is both capable and ethical, performing his duties for the best interest of his clients. If Mr. Smith was hired by the trustees, and Ms. McAndrews is not his client, then Mr. Smith cannot ethically direct his efforts toward satisfying Ms. McAndrews’ personal interests. Ms. Andrew’s frustration should not, in any way, impact your decision on who to hire to handle your estate planning matters. I highly recommend Mr. Smith for your estate planning needs.
