He was a prosecutor.
The complaining witness was proven to have lied to the police, lied to the court, lied about a sexual assault. She set someone up for a crime, gave thousands of documents trying to find more because everything she said was so dishonest.
When the defendant pointed out that the protective order said no visits with the kids, but that had been allowed, and the accuser agreed it had been allowed, it clearly showed he hadn't received it or he would have pointed it out sooner.
Discovery, including the witness list, was requested in early September. This corrupt prosecutor didn't even send it out until the day before trial - a due process and discovery violation.
The protective order had never been sent out either in discovery. He's that crooked and dishonest.
He lied, claiming the defendant had given up his right to a speedy trial. He lied about when filings were sent out. Mark lies about so much because he knew it was a bad case. Why else rely so heavily on lies?
So it's proven the accuser lies. It's proven she seeks out to harass the defendant, and her father as well using fake accounts. It's proven she's contentious. It's proven she set him up for a crime. Mark couldn't even try to defend her for any of it. It's proven she's desperate to make things up.
So he lied to the jury again. He said the defendant was in court and handed a protective order and the document he provided (which was not provided in discovery) proved that.
Except that it didn't say that, records prove the defendant didn't even attend that hearing, and that many of the hearings of that time were online.
Yes, Mark is THAT dishonest. To take it a step further, he told the jury that meant the defendant was lying. Mark lied to the jury, made up things about his "evidence" to slander the defendant. And the reason he had to do that was because his case was a lie from the start, smothered in lies by the accuser.
Mark is a very dishonest man and it's all easily proven. He lies in court. Lies to the jury.
He wouldn't have to rely so heavily on lies if he was competent and had honest cases.
But that's who he chooses to be.
