I returned my HIPAA authorization on 8/02/25. Logs show a 7/18/25 transfer (by Karson Massie) and 8/05/25 vendor activity. On 8/14/25 I was told they did not have my records. What I received was a non-certified, truncated dump created weeks earlier—explicitly non-certified. No attorney would work from that. The ROI shows “Release Purpose: Litigation.” I offered mediation with Ret. Judge Karen Angelini and Rev. James Ambrose—declined.
