I prepaid for gas at pump #6 then immediately falsely arrested for simply refusing to spell out my middle name to a racist white profiling norfolk police officer that had no respect for a black man's civil rights, without probable cause. I retained Lamondue (paid cash in full) provided him with a well detailed documented incident. Norfolk police department officer polaveck falsely arrested me with (NO ID) fail to give full legal name arrest charge. This virginia law code was repealed in 1996. The first thing the judge judge asked lamondue on our court date was if I was court appointed or retained. Im assuming the judge was taking a shot at his retained lawyer capabilities of having a living defendant for a court case or payola. It was weird but anyways he failed to object to a incompetent wawa loss prevention employee testimony of a witness that police subpeona from Richmond. This loss prevention witness testified with ( inadmissible testimony) no video proof, full of hearsay, not present at the scene and with not one clip out of all all the video cameras wawa have coverage on the property. I needed the wawa video For a slam dunk civil lawsuit. Lamondue he never challenged the witness like a defense lawyer is supposed to. My lawyer was so unprepared in general district court he wanted me to speak and the judge started asking me questions I was found guilty of a charge that didn't exist (lost). Then immediately Appealed out of embarrassment ( I paid in full) the appeal lawyer fees cost me an extra $1,000 cash with his discount price. Now he looks over all of my notes he made copies of when he was first retained. Starts discovery, doing footwork he was supposed to have done when I retained him for simple general district court case. He send subpeona for wawa camera #6 arrest video too late (deleted). Circuit court case is dismissed dirty cop and wawa loss prevention employee do a (no show). They were not prepared for this type of court action after lamondue goes by my notes. He (3 hours later) decides to call me and charge me for a court reporter appearance when there are court reporters in all circuit court criminal court cases anyways. Raked me out of $1500 then wanted extra $135 for a court reporter that was assigned to our court room for that day anyways. A honest retained lawyer would of informed cash paying client that a court reporter is court funded in criminal circuit court cases. The appellate reviews what's said based on the circuit court reporter files. Lamondue knows how to get maximum dollars with minimum performance. Turned a simple $400 dollar case into $1635. He screwed me and said he would go after city attorney on my behalf . I hope he didn't do that behind my back the only thing i recieved from him were court reporter invoices after that. I tried to give the brother a second chance because we all have that hidden situation that is always downplayed but he let me down twice.
