My parents who BOTH are EXISTING CLIENTS had an extremely disappointing experience with the receptionist at La Liga Defensora. From the moment they walked in, the receptionist was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. Instead of providing helpful information or even a courteous greeting, she made them feel like they were an inconvenience. She literally told them “what do you want? Why are y’all here?” Rather than making an effort to provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere, her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. For a law office that claims to help people in difficult situations, the first point of contact should reflect care and professionalism—not rudeness and indifference.
