Mabel, the receptionist, tells me that she’s surprised that no one called or emailed me to reschedule and that Keith had just walked out of the office and was expecting my call. Excuse me Mabel, are you not the person in charge of the schedule, and scheduled my appointment?? Not a single email or call to reschedule. At least own your mistakes!
Not an hour later Keith, the attorney, called me and left a message saying that he was oh so busy with the usual “courtroom emergency” excuse and to please call him because he’d be in the office for the rest of the afternoon.
Guess what Keith? I’m busy as well and I took time off of work so that I could attend the meeting I had scheduled with you!
Stop advertising free services and have some consideration and respect for other people’s time.
