The law offices of kapsak lied about my dad's will and said that I wasn't on it. So now almost 2 years later I'm still waiting for the rest of my dad's estate to be executed. And someone who didn't care at all about me or my daughter set up my daughter's trust fund and named herself trustee and had herself on my daughter's trust for a year and a half. Still to this day the law offices of kapsak have not treated me kindly or with respect. And literally lied about Who was on the will to be the executor which was me. His daughter. The main person who was his caretaker and took care of him throughout his life. When he was on his deathbed he made new paperwork to make me executor of Real Estate. Because he didn't want anyone else to be in charge of that money. But due to the lies of kapsak Law Firm I was unable to be the executor of my dad's account. Just be aware of these people have no conscience and no soul and they are not kind. All they care about is money. And they will stab anyone in the back to get extra money. Almost 2 years still waiting. If my dad had known this is how they would treat me he never would have used their services. I was the most important person in his life. And since he passed I have been treated the poorest because that's how you steal money. My dad was a client of Dan's for years. He worked with Dan to do his estate planning. Everyone in our family has had their will done with Dan. I even gave Dan a fountain pen as if someone so rich needs a gift from someone like me right lol. But I did that out of the kindness of my heart because I did think that these were good people. However, as soon as my dad died the first thing that they did was try to stab his children in the back by suggesting the personal representative take money from our trust funds (which is our main source of income) to pay themselves. We only have one more payment from our trust fund and we would use that money to pay our mortgages and bills and get groceries. But Dan Kapsack and John Estes only care about getting paid even though they are already rich, to me I am reminded of ambulance chasers or Scrooge Mcduck. They are sitting on a giant pile of gold giggling to themselves and rubbing their hands together whenever someone dies. My dad was a real human being, he literally was not in the ground yet. The funeral was today and they are harassing the executor of the estate to pay them. They treat us as if we are not real human beings. All they care about is money. The majority of the estate is not subject to probate so we would be getting hundreds of thousands of dollars within the next couple of weeks but you can't wait for your $3,000? You need to have it so badly right now? That you harass me and the executor of the estate on the day of the funeral? She was late to the funeral in order to bring you money. You probably didn't even know or care that it was his funeral today. All he ever was to you was dollar signs. And that's all I am to you as well. And you guys sleep well at night? You think you're good people? I guess you're lucky that she is the executor of the estate because I would not want to continue working with you. When we went out after the funeral I told everybody at the table what you did to me and every single person at the whole entire table (lots of very smart business people) all agree that what you did was really sleazy and scummy and everybody at the whole entire table thought you were bad people for doing that. I will never forget this. I think you are scumbags. When I was at the lowest of my low you tried to take the last of my money? To pay yourself even though you get paid $300 to $375 an hour? And to disrespect me like that? After my family used your business for how many years? Also I wouldn't be surprised if my dad prepaid for this because he prepaid for every single thing regarding his funeral and he told me that Dan always messed up the retainer and would ask for more money even though my dad had already paid and my dad was the one who had to keep him on track.

I cannot say enough good things about the service that John Estes provided to us. He indeed has deep expertise in the subject of estates and dealing with related issues such as Medicaid. But I think more importantly, he has the ability to strongly empathize with his clients. I really felt like he was fully understanding our concerns throughout our discussion. He supplied us with all the expertise and tools we needed to resolve our situation successfully. I highly recommend his services.

John Estes was hired by my mentally compromised and extremely vindictive sister to help her be the P.R. (executress)for my mother's estate, with no will. I was in compliance until she started traumatizing me, even them I was willing to let her if she'd just let my mom be cremated as my mom wished. It's just a house. My sister's are both fighters, always have been. He did his best and a $7000 bill was charged to mom's estate because she used him as a counselor. He was her lawyer only, but he tried his best, eventually reccomending a court appointed P.R. which I appreciate so I didn't have to step into the ring of fire. Sorry John.

I was a named beneficiary of an estate. The estate hired Kapsak Estes LLC. I had a simple question and emailed them after they filed documents with the court. I was ignored completely.
