Read MoreDo not use this law firm. After over a year of waiting as their client, I was told that my case was wrapping up within 30 days. 2 months later I had not heard from anyone. When I called for an update I was told that the lawyer they assigned to my case left the company so they needed me to start the entire process over with a different lawyer. There was no attempt to communicate this very important information regarding my lawyer leaving, to me. A week later I received a letter in the mail informing me that Kansas City Injury Law Group was dropping me as a client because they believed that their actions broke our client / attorney trust. This puts me back at square one, due to a mistake on their part. Save your time and go with a professional establishment that values their clients time. I now own a small business with multiple Google workspace accounts that I will be using to post this and other iterations of this honest review on their account every few weeks.
