It’s clear that the office culture allows if not encourages this kind of behavior. In a small firm, employees often reflect the leadership, and unfortunately, Justin sets no better example. The overwhelming sense of entitlement and arrogance permeates the entire office staff, making for a truly unpleasant experience all around.
A word of advice to the firm: professionalism and respect go a long way. After all, you reap what you sow.
