Joe is also a bulldog, never giving up in his demand for a fair deal from insurance companies trying to get away with the smallest settlement possible. I went to Mainetti & Mainetti after the company that insured the wreckless driver who rear-ended and totaled my car -- at a traffic light that had only just turned green -- tried to get me to agree to the tiniest settlement for "pain and suffering." I'd never heard of that but I suspected that the insurer was trying to take me for a ride, so to speak. Joe got the maximum he could; the driver had the bare minimum required insurance. Then, Joe informed me that he was going to start talking to my auto insurer. I was so naive about car insurance that I didn't realize that my insurance not only covered me for causing loss but also for covering my loss. Joe explained all this to me every step of the way and said that if we had to, he would take the company to court. In the end, he got everything I was entitled to without having to go to trial. Honestly, I'd been ready to give up, but Joe persevered. I'm so glad he did. As I said, I can not recommend him highly enough.
