John Bena was actually my husband’s attorney for a fall he had at work in February 2015. When we were introduced to John in February 2016, he explained a lot about himself and his background and then he asked my husband what he wanted. Although John didn’t have to work with me, the wife of a client, he was very accommodating. When I introduced myself to him I said “I am Patty with a ‘y’, why, because I ask a lot of questions.” I did just that. John was very gracious and answered thoroughly every question I had, answering them in layman’s terms so I could understand. John Bena is not your typical attorney, he is also like a teacher, wanting to make sure we understood every aspect so we could make an educated decision on what we (my husband) wanted to do. John is extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and humble. However, in the courtroom he is sharp as a tack; he came prepared, was very well versed when speaking to the Judge, and advocated for us 100%.
