I was referred to Mr. Roth in my search for legal representation in a case of gross abuse by the American employer (non payment of sales retainers and commissions, T & E expenses, as well as French social security contributions).
Favorable resolution of this complaint required study of the case complexities, development of the legal strategy and activity schedule, and timely final threat to the NJ-based company to get the desired agreement. Also, provisions were established to enforce the agreement and preempt future non-compliance by the offending party.
