When I called, Kincade was very condescending, told me even though they’d taken almost $6,000 from my account he couldn’t provide me with a receipt or an explanation to where my funds were (or going to be allocated). The bank may or may not have released funds yet. They won’t know until July 15th which is about 3 days short of an entire month that the funds were taken. The amount he told me he requested for his garnishment was about $300 different from what was taken. When I asked why, he said he didn’t have that information. They don’t care that people have families, or are trying to start their lives over. They take all the money they can, with ZERO compassion.
