Prior to engaging Mr Jackson, I have contacted several other tax attorneys and all of them did not want to handle my case either because the amount in dispute was too small or the trial date was too close. But Mr Jackson was kind and listened to my case and determined that I had a case in my favor. His retainer and hourly rate was reasonable and after hiring him he quickly started on my case. He was communicative of the progress throughout the process, and the final outcome no tax liability assessed by the IRS!
