However, I live over an hour away from Atlantic City and I thought my case was so easy and winnable, that I sought the services of an attorney near where I live. BIG MISTAKE. After this third rate, amateur hour attorney, botched my case, I left them and made the trek to Atlantic City. I spoke with Lou, who agreed I had a case, and he set out a plan and strategy to go forward. An old friend and former colleague of mine, Tim Alexander, handled the case from there and got me the exact results I expected. Tim’s secretary, Janet, was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process. My case is over, I received my settlement and life goes on.
