Made the unwise choice of using Mr. Kennedy when my father passed away, not only did the amount he told me up front differ from the over $6000 he ended up charging me but he kept trying to add things to do that I did not need and still tried charging me. Four years have passed since then and I just found out he placed me in collections and I have huge mark downs on my credit score because of it. This guy is a huge scum bag and a true scam artist, do not use this attorney you'd be better off on your own if this idiot is your last or only choice!
