The case itself was very straight forward, but was made to be as complicated as possible by the other side with constant delays and bogus filings. Dave was diplomatic when necessary, but wasn't afraid to apply pressure when necessary. I couldn't be happier with how things turned out which was simply a fair, common sense outcome.
