Read MoreI contacted your office after 2 months of not hearing any news on our 2016 tax issue, that we were paying your office to review, and receiving a lien notification from the IRS. I heard back a day later that we owed over $17,000 which was only a couple hundred less than the original amount we were being billed for. Your office set up a payment plan, and my husband and I were devastated. We contemplated selling our home or filing bankruptcy. I then received a letter from the IRS regarding a file review that I had requested myself almost 5 months earlier. The IRS stated that we only owed $730.17 after reviewing my documentation and payment history to them.. They had the same documentation that I provided to your office. Please don;t put anyone else through this. 11/4/19-I updated ,my rating because I was upset when I wrote this, and I am sure there was more work behind the scenes than I was aware of.
