I went in to have my Livescan re-done, because I had them done at my tutoring company by a mobile Livescan agent. My finger prints were rejected for being unclear. They gave me a Certifix flyer and said to go anywhere and present this to them, so I wouldn't have to pay. The man who "helped" me ignored me, assisted every MALE customer that came in AFTER me, then when nobody was around greeted me with a disgusted "what do you want?" I politely asked if I could have a Livescan done and presented my Certifix account flyer. He said I'd have to pay if he wanted me to do them. I asked again politely if he could review my documents and help me out. He kept saying that I needed to go back to the original Livescan guy to have them done. I explained I couldn't because they are a mobile company and they had directed me to use the Certifiix flyer with any store that appears on their website. He became very rude and upset. He called me stupid for asking questions. I remained calm and talked very quietly, but he bullied me out of the store.
Overall, a sexist & unhelpful employee (or manager). UNPROFESSIONAL!
I recommend instead going to a UPS store. They handle Certifix like a breeze and actually care about customers.
