I have only been to 4 or 5 attorney's offices in my life. So im not qualified to rate. But my experience should have been much better. I am a Naturalized US Citizen, having just relocated to Florida. I am homeless, and due to inadequate storage and theft, IDs Certificate of Naturalization and other documentation birth record marriage license etc have been lost, stolen, or destroyed. My hope was to simply (understatement) have the document reissued. I was born in england. Adopted (closed) in england. Baptized as Roman Catholic overseas. First Holy Communion on an airforce base that no longer exists Massachusetts. Confirmation in New Hampshire where I also married. (widower Apr 5 2024). I was expecting to at least make an appt for a consultation. They arent free, but 130 dollars expected on demand to make an appt was u nexpected. There is no parley, or even "we apologize for the inconvenience". I would have brought the fee to the appt. This is not the planet I was born on. Regardless of being in Kansas.
