While the outcome was ultimately satisfactory, I must express dissatisfaction with the level of communication throughout the process, which I would rate at 4 out of 10. Despite my expressed desire to be kept informed, proactive updates were lacking, necessitating multiple inquiries on my part. Understandably, the complexity of handling an out-of-state accident may have contributed to this, and I am inclined to afford some leniency in this regard.Regrettably, my experience with the firm deteriorated further with my subsequent accident, which occurred four months following the first incident, this time within the state of Texas. Despite the seemingly straightforward nature of the case—I was not at fault, corroborated by eyewitness accounts and a police report—the communication from the firm was notably deficient. Persistent follow-up calls were necessary, often revealing delays and misinformation regarding progress. What should have been a straightforward matter extended into a year-long ordeal before resolution.Based on these experiences, I am compelled to express my unequivocal reluctance to engage the services of this law firm in the future. While refraining from specific naming, it is essential to convey my profound dissatisfaction with the level of service received. I caution prospective clients to carefully consider their options before entrusting their legal matters to this company.
