In fact, I think most of the people who come here to read reviews are having a hard time. Status issues are a stress that cannot be put into words.
To leave a review as someone who has just experienced that feeling, I felt fortunate that I was able to proceed with my case with this office even though I was really stressed.
The work was done very meticulously, without a single mistake, but even more than that, he answered all the questions I had in detail, and communication was incredibly good. Although you must have taken on a lot more than just my case, I can't imagine what it would have been like if I had handled this case somewhere else. I think I was able to get through this difficult time by working here.
He gave me various solutions on how to save my visa, which I only had for less than two months, and I trusted him and ultimately got my visa approved within that short period of time.
If there are people who don't know where to proceed with their case, and if you've read my article up to this point, I recommend that you schedule a consultation. I hope that at least one person reads this and gets their daily life back like I did.

I bet everyone is going through a somewhat similarly overwhelming situation when they are looking for an immigration attorney; we are all looking for help. Like immediate attention and assistance.
I was in a situation where I had absolutely no time to spare. I had no choice but to keep moving forward to get everything sorted out within a short time frame of about 2 months max before I flew back to my country. I had zero clue what the applicable immigration law was for my case.
I am extremely relieved to say that things worked out and I got my H-1B visa transfer approved within that 2 months I had. And it's all thanks to the wonderful attorneys here, who were always there to answer my questions, ready to hop on a call with me or others involved in light of how time-sensitive my case was. They were above and beyond when it came to providing me with updates on my case, to ensure I did not lose more sleep than I needed to. If there was good news, they would send it to you within 30 minutes of receiving that email from the USCIS. This is unheard of. I've seen so many immigration offices inadvertently leaving their clients in the dark, because they are attorneys packed with work.
These attorneys are different. Besides being Koreans who are already motivated to get things done asap, they are good at their job and very meticulous with their cases so that nothing gets in the way of their client's approval.
If I could, I would write up a whole essay to tell everyone how good they are.
If you are looking for attorneys who are engaged and responsive, at least go through the consultation with these attorneys, no matter what case you are going through and no matter what country you come from. I would recommend this office to my family and close friends (and have already been doing that).
