I went there for closing, and long story short, there was a lot of back and forth between my lenders and one of the workers so they had to work a little extra, although I'm not sure which lady it was specifically. She told me in a email days after closing they were going to charge me extra due to my lenders taking long, but these charges came out of nowhere after we closed. I don’t feel this was professional, and frankly, it wasn't fair. This is the worst experience I've had with any title company. They even sent me a summons because I felt like it was right to just pay for something due to them working an extra hour. They seem to be all about the money rather than helping their clients. Never again!!!!
