Read MoreI had an appointment today with Kenyetta & called needing to reschedule. I spoke with Kelly who was incredibly sweet and understanding. I called back within 10 minutes to reschedule and whoever the other lady is that helps answer, was incredibly rude. cut me off, and just has a tone with every question and statement that comes out of her mouth. She was also rude the first time i called, which was maybe a week ago? He was unavailable and she asked to take my info and was so rude, i declined giving her info & called back and scheduled another day. Today, i did ask to speak to the other lady and did say "its because she is nicer than you." For someone who answers phone calls for potential clients, she needs an attitude adjustment, pronto. She needs to practice empathy instead of sounding like she's irritated. To Kelly, thanks for your kindness. Not sure if i will call back to reschedule, but i appreciate you.
