Although the signed agreement stated the retainer would be held in escrow and applied to actual work performed, I experienced a long period without communication, no itemized invoice, and no clear legal progress.
After several failed attempts to resolve the issue privately—including a formal demand letter and preparing to escalate the matter further—I eventually connected with Attorney Brad Best, who stepped in and worked with me directly to bring the issue to a fair resolution.
