Read MoreI cannot speak highly enough in regards to the level of compassion, respect, knowledge, expertise, integrity and overall professionalism that Matt and his team exemplify. I truly do hold these people close to my heart. Matt, Tara, Andrew and Amber each played vital roles in my drawn-out divorce and custody case and ultimately were the reason we recieved multiple wins regarding various issues my ex-husband fought against (including getting my children vaccinated against Covid-19)--an issue Matt had never faced, yet he presented the issue in front of our district judge like a champ.
I will also add, that while this was my first encounter with being in a courtroom and I didn't know quite what to expect, it was very apparent to me that the judge held some favor towards Matt, who was representing me, over my ex's lawyer who seemed to enjoy flinging insults and even attacked Matt's character at one point (which Matt immediately put a cease to and defended his honor, with the permission of our judge). Having a lawyer who knows how to not simply present your case and win, but understands how to conduct himself in a respectful manner in front of a judge, is vital.
Matt and his team will help keep your mind focused on the end goal(s), will ensure that everyone's t's are crossed and i's are dotted (in other words, they pay close attention to all details including important dates/times and will make certain everything is always in order and organized), and finally, they are superb at holding the opposing client/counsel accountable when they are in the wrong and know how to put pressure on them when warranted.
And while it's true that hiring this law firm won't come cheap, I can promise you that you get what you pay for. Matt and his team are the best around and at least for me, I wanted the best representation possible because my children mean everything to me. I can only hope that Matt and his team are willing to represent me again in the future if/when further conflicts arise.
