With my approval, Kelly ended up handling my case, she was equally knowledgeable and honest, explaining the risks associated with my situation and all possible outcomes. She handled things very efficiently and at the highest level of professionalism. They were prompt on returning phone calls and emails, and always addressed all the questions and goals I was hoping to achieve, never beating around the bush. They were also very affordable and fair about their billing procedure.
