Terrible lawyer! Basically HESS took $1100 for 2 letters mailed and research! AVOID! We had a Trust and my Sister was the Trustee. She is withholding 154,000 for 8 months so far and charged 50k for her fee for being a Trustee for 12 years. Making it short. 3 lawyers refused to take the case Hess did. The 3 lawyers said basically a Trust is lawless towards the Beneficiaries unless you can prove total gross neglect or incompetency of handling the Trust. This case did NOT. My sister is within the Illinois Fiduciary Trust Law and can withhold 154,000 legally up to 5 years and charge the 50k Trustee fees as long as she can fabricate her time involved which is easy to do. HESS never told me this and just mailed 2 letters and did some research for $1100. You would think being a lawyer all these years his research should have been in his head, he should have been honest and never took the case or at least tell me I had basically no chance. But he sure likes the money.. All 💯 true. I hope this review helps other beneficiaries with similar circumstances. As a beneficiary of a Trust basically the Illinois fiduciary Trust law you can wipe your bottom with it unless clear neglect or incompetency which is hard to prove. Take care HESS enjoy my $1100.
