Read MoreI called Heller & Richmond Ltd on a Saturday in the afternoon thinking I'd need to leave a voicemail for Monday morning. I was astonished that someone picked up and began speaking. I was further surprised that it was a Partner in the Firm with whom I was speaking. I briefly explained why I was calling, some limited background information and Mr. Richmond informed me about the next step I needed to take and the cost involved. We scheduled our appointment. When we met, Mr.Richmond reviewed our options, though there was in actuality one realistic choice; and we proceeded on that basis. Mr. Richmond collected the information that he needed. Our next face to face appointment was to sign the Court Documents. When we got our Court date we were contacted by another highly qualified attorney Tom Auwers and he tied up any loose ends and arranged where we would meet the day of the hearing. The hearing went smoothly and 3-months later we received our final Court paperwork.
At all times, Mike Richmond and Tom Auwers made themselves available to us or if it could be handled by their Paralegal, their Paralegal contacted us. The Paralegal Staff in this office were highly proficient at what they do. I have a Paralegal Certificate and I can see just how good the personnel are a Heller and Richmond Ltd.
The cost quoted me by Mr Richmond never changed. I didn't pay a penny more. The process as explained to me took place exactly as explained. I experienced no surprises. I could call and speak to someone and know exactly where my case was at anytime.
