Read MoreI can't say enough good things about my whole experience. They helped me get my citation taken care of at a reasonable price, and in a very timely manner. The communication was amazing from start to finish. Every single person I encountered was very kind, and actually took the time to listen to what I had to say. We're all busy, and I don't talk on the phone much. Their staff had no issue communicating by text, which for me was perfect. I had actually forgotten about it, and when my time was up to have it removed from my record, they sent me a reminder that the time had expired.
To the staff, I thank you. I am so very appreciative of the communication, the professionalism, the courteousness, the kindness, and the time they took during this very busy season to make sure it was handled.
I definitely recommend them all the time, and will use them again in the future, if I happen to need them. Which I hope is never.... No offense meant...
