I told Attorney Rusty about this and his response was, " What do you want me to do, and then he said let me reword this. Attorney Rusty, called me on a Sunday morning before 10am, complaining about my calling to office to much, which I never did. I paid this attorney all the money he asked for on a Thursday. FRIDAY morning, Attorney Rusty called me and said for him to continue to help me he needed an extra $3500, because the mother has mental issues and that she would continue to make up false allegations against me, and it was costing him time.Once I said that I would not continue to pay him, because of what she is doing, Attorney Rusty said, " He understood and he seen cases like this before, and the best thing to do is walk away.. He was very friendly until he got my money... I wouldn't advise anyone who is really looking for help, NOT
to hire this firm.. And he sent me a $75 phone bill for calling the office..
