Read MoreAvoid Gungoll! I want to share my extremely poor experience with Tim Gungoll. A few years ago, Tim Gungoll represented me in a child custody case. Simply put, he was a horribly lousy attorney. In the courtroom, Gungoll could not keep basic facts straight…he mixed up the facts which completely confused and frustrated the judge and ultimately led to me losing custody of my children. My case was so cut and dry that the other attorneys in the firm were shocked that he could botch it so badly and lose.
Gungoll’s sloppy performance and failure in the court room led to my ex getting custody of my children. Ultimately, this loss ended up with one of my children being verbally and emotionally abused by his step parent…all because the judge saw Gungoll’s performance/representation and did not rule in my favor. Bottom line, Gungoll was all over the map in the courtroom, confused, unfocused and made me feel I could have done a better job representing myself!!
What I need to mention is that this happened while Gungoll was at another firm so I cannot attest to the quality of the other attorney’s at his present firm. However, my personal loss at Gungoll’s hands has led to me to write this warning.
Final thoughts, this is just my personal experience with Tim Gungoll representing me. I do not know how he is now but if it is anything like the past I would never, ever recommend any person use him. If you want a “B’game” lawyer or someone that has totally botched a case and caused an entire family’s years of suffering, then Gungoll is your guy. If you want a chance to fight and win, avoid Tim Gungoll.
