Great Staff, Very Informative and Helpful. Didn't come on time and missing 1 document, so they rescheduled me for free and I didn't lose my deposit. Highly recommend, great training and simulation.

They waited for me to get there and were just about to close for the day. I must of arrived at 7:45pm and they closed at 8pm and they came down to unlock the door for me still saw me despite me being late....Read More
They waited for me to get there and were just about to close for the day. I must of arrived at 7:45pm and they closed at 8pm and they came down to unlock the door for me still saw me despite me being late. I was able to pay by check and credit card after dealing with my bank on the phone forever, (man it was a mess) The lady was very patient and respectful and happy to wait. I finally got my fingerprints all done and out of their in no time. I would recommend this place to anyone and I really appreciated her being as patient as she was with me.. Great place to get your CA background & (fingerprints)/ LiveScan done.

Went to get my live scan and was told it was done by appointment only. She then said let me check the appointments and offered to fit me in. This was helpful since I'm my Father's caregiver.
