My son (age 13) and I were t-boned just before Christmas in December 2021 when a driver ran a red light at high speed and spun us into traffic in the other lane so we were hit on 2 sides. He was knocked out and had a concussion that ended up causing multi year migranes and dizzyness/damage. It was terrifying medically and financially for a few years while we went through the steps to get us better, plus challenging processing close the hit was to where he was sitting and my compromised mental and emotional capacity with my injuries complicated everything. Very thankfully, we found John Fuller and his team from the beginning. They honestly made what was one of the most difficult events of our lives much easier. Bridget in particular has helped us through so much. There was not a time in the entire process, from beginning working through all of the massive bills that hit you instantly after an emergency, all the way to the end in both my case, and my son's. I'm a single parent with very limited resources and that was probably the most terrifying part of the accident after we were both through the initial medical checks. Bridget was able to help me find and use all of the resources of the complicated insurance system to help with some of my son's bills through his dad's insurance early in the process, which helped tremendously. All the way through every step they have been clear, efficient, very caring, and consistent in communication. Every fine detail in the process was covered. There was never a time when I felt alone in this or like Fuller's team didn't have our backs. The whole experience of an accident is unfamiliar and terrifying to most of us - especially when your car is crushed with your child inside. There is no way I could have been at my mental best to sort through all of this and focus on getting us better without them. Bridget was also instrumental in strongly negotiating a very good and fair settlement in the case. I appreciate them so much. They took care of us and we couldn't be more grateful.
