I am an 84 year old, a member of the greatest generation, survived a great depression and WWII and was an avid bicyclist. I even managed to make it to 80 years of age without so much as a broken bone. But all that changed in November, 2017 when I was severely injured by a careless driver who turned in front of me while I was riding my bicycle. I went through the windshield and bounced onto the pavement. I suffered severe injuries including spinal cord injury, broke left tibia in five places, broke left fibia, broke left small finger, broke two ribs, mild concussion and mild brain bleed, several cuts requiring sutures, as well as significant and extensive bruising and trauma to my entire body. My wife rallied together with friends to get me the very best medical and legal help I would need to get through this traumatic event. After she interviewed a few firms, there was only one choice and that was Freeman Kevenidas Law Firm. From the moment she contacted Brendan Kevenidas to a successful settlement of my case, Brendan and his incredible team treated us with kindness, patience, genuine concern and were professional throughout my entire ordeal. He came to the hospital and went over the details of my accident. Since Brendan is an avid bicyclist and handles bicycle injury cases, we were confident that he knew the ins and outs of bicycle rules and how they apply to cars on the road. He handled every single detail of my case, from the claims process to the mediation, with heartfelt compassion and unsurpassed legal experience. He put in extra time and effort with Medicare. He went to great lengths to make sure we understood every step of the way, what was happening with my case and what to expect next. I know he’d say he was doing his job, but there are different ways to do that job. Brendan did it in a caring way. Thank you.
