Extremely efficient and knowledgeable with every question I had…..at that moment. Then we move right into CC, the kind and understanding woman at the front door to greet you. Big smile, listens to EVERYTHING I said and made me that much more comfortable. Sat with me and answered questions that I had. Then we move on to Janah, the document guru! I textEd her often and she replied within minutes. Again, I still had questions popping into my already overworked brain, only to be put at ease instantly and again she answered every question I had.
This wasn’t an easy decision, but after I met with the attorney I knew I made the right decision and I was in very capable hands. This is how all law firms should run. Never too busy, available day or night, including weekends. All for a very reasonable rate. Thank you all very much!
