I've known Sam for years, and have found him to be very knowledgeable in his field. He works hard, and is extremely disciplined in his study of real estate law. That said, a few things to understand before hiring Sam:
1) He's so hyper focused it sometimes causes friction in communication. This is a double edged sword--as it makes him immensely good at the details of anything he's working on, but it's not a super relatable personality trait for most people.
2) He's not going to be a discount lawyer. In fact, I know what he offers is very high value--and sometimes just out of my price range, though he's always been considerate enough to point me in the right direction. He's worked far too many cases, and spent tens of thousands of hours in fighting cases of fraud over the last decade or two.
3) He's a small business owner--which means he's part of both the backbone of the American economy, and isn't tied down to corporate politics. It also means he's constantly building, learning, and growing.
I'm very fortunate for the advice he's given me over the years, and I have no doubt he's going to constantly pursue the betterment of real estate protections here in Arizona.
